Thanks for asking! A ghost kitchen is where so-called “virtual brands” are made without a physical location. Cloud kitchen is another term for the same thing. If you don’t have (or want) to have the cost of an actual building with a kitchen/restaurant in it, you can rent a commercial kitchen like ours to produce food for delivery or catering. A lot of companies make food under brands you might recognize but they don’t have a physical location. They make the food in ghost kitchens.

Our “cloud kitchen” is a delivery kitchen. They’re also known as dark kitchens, ghost kitchens, or virtual kitchen. Basically if you want a delivery-only business you would rent our cloud kitchen and not need to pay the hefty overhead that comes with a brick and mortar business. Since we’re a Los Angeles cloud kitchen in the East San Fernando Valley, you’d have a built-in delivery customer base of potentially millions.

Cloud kitchen rentals are one of the most popular food prep options nowadays specifically because of lower cost. If you wanted to do a pop-up restaurant for a day you could rent our commercial kitchen, make your food, serve your customers and make a profit. Since you don’t need a physical restaurant location you only pay for the rental of the ghost kitchen.

We are one location, but centrally located so that chefs from Glendale or Burbank can easily use us. Since we’re right by the 5 freeway, you could service customers in Los Feliz or other parts of Los Angeles easily, too.

Los Angeles is a BIG city, but yes, we’re a Los Angeles ghost kitchen. We’re in Sun Valley which is part of the City of Los Angeles. If you’re looking to deliver anywhere in the Eastern San Fernando Valley you should give our location a try. We’re in the midst of 3 different freeways (I-5, 170 and 134 (101) so getting anywhere in the Valley is particularly easy.

Our Los Angeles commercial kitchen rental includes 600 sq. ft. Of space (the kitchen area itself), a frozen storage area that’s 20 x 20 feet, 40 sq. feet of refrigerated storage and 800 sq feet of dry storage.

We’re on Clybourn Ave. in Sun Valley. If you look at a map you’ll see we’re just off the 5 freeway. We’re also right on the border of the Burbank airport (that’s why we’re called Airport Ghost Kitchen).
