A Look Inside Los Angeles’ Newest Cloud Kitchen
A Los Angeles ghost kitchen worthy of its name. That’s us, Airport Ghost Kitchen in Sun Valley, CA. For those of you who live or work in this part of the San Fernando Valley you know that Sun Valley borders Burbank. In fact our location takes its name from the fact that we are literally on the border of the Hollywood-Burbank Airport.
Our location is also convenient to three Southern California freeways, the 134/101, the 5 freeway and the 170. Since we are so close to Interstate 5, it makes us convenient to communities such as Atwater Village or North Hollywood. Of course Burbank is a no-brainer and we get a lot of inquiries from Glendale and Eagle Rock.
In this short video we take you on a tour of our cloud kitchen, showcasing the kitchen area itself. As you can see we have ample sink space, food preparation areas and dozens of burners, enabling local chefs and caterers to create whatever they can dream up.
Not shown but soon to be in another video are the storage areas. As we’ve said our facility boasts 4500 square feet which includes dry and cold storage areas as well as an industrial freezer.
Our ghost kitchen was constructed in 2022-2023 so we’re the new kind on the block but that doesn’t mean we skimp on anything. We are a professional-grade rental kitchen with everything you need to service your customers in the San Fernando Valley or other Los Angeles areas.
Our kitchen and storage space is available for rent 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. Our offices are open weekdays only but chefs renting our commercial kitchen have access anytime.
